Jacqueline Dumbarton, founder of Cadence Development, is an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in property investment and development. Her entrepreneurial journey began with a bathroom design and installation company before expanding into residential development projects across London. This led to her building a portfolio of high-quality multi-let properties in prime locations in South West London and co-founding an award-winning property management company. This successful and notable venture recently gained an award for the Best UK HMO Management Company which manages approximately 400 professional co-living units across South West London and Surrey. Through Cadence, Jacqueline combined her expertise and passion for design and transformation to create developments that balance financial performance with lasting community impacts. Jacqueline’s expertise is finding the opportunities and having the creative vision to bring the team of experts together to bring these properties forward with a new purpose for many years to come.
