Her track record includes numerous successful residential development projects in London, which eventually led to the expansion of her business interests into property investment, building a portfolio of high-quality multi-let properties in prime South West London locations.
Further solidifying her expertise, Jacqueline co-established a property sourcing, refurbishing, and management business. Today, this venture recently gaining an award for the ‘Best UK HMO management” manages approximately 400 professional co-living units across South West London and Surrey.
Building on this rich foundation and her innate passion for repurposing disused buildings, Cadence Developments was created to capitalise on the significant opportunities in Surrey and the surrounding area for this specialised type of project.
